With the good weather forecast for the next few days, Montreal’s nature parks have started their summer calendar.
Beach outings, paddleboarding, paddleboard yoga, animal discovery workshops; several activities are offered to enjoy the outdoors… in town.
The beach of the Cap-Saint-Jacques nature park, located in a bay of natural sand on the shores of Lac des Deux Montagnes, has also been open since Saturday.
Note that until the beginning of October, a shuttle service leaving from the city center (bus station at Berri-UQAM) takes visitors to the Cap-Saint-Jacques nature park (every Saturday, until to September 2), at the Bois-de-Liesse nature park (Saturdays, July 15, September 16 and October 7) and at the Pointe-aux-Prairies nature park (July 23, September 30, October 8) . Reservations required for the shuttles.
