Foodies take note: the beloved Croissant Festival returns this Saturday, June 10! A golden opportunity, for a 12th edition, to butter your mouth while savoring homemade croissants, hand-rolled and freshly baked according to the rules of the art, by some fifty artisan pastries and bakeries in Quebec.

Inflation obliges, the croissants are now available at $1.50 each (rather than $1 as in previous editions), which is still a nice friendly price.

Note that for the first year, the festival is organized by Na’eem Adam and Thierry Rassam of Technologies People Mover Inc., the team to whom we already owe the popular Poutine Week and Burger Week.
