Quebec has mastered the art of cider making and this week marks the seventh Quebec Cider Week, with activities held until May 14 at participating cider houses, bars, restaurants and retailers across the province .
Tasting of new ciders at retailers, special activities in cider houses or for cyclists at the end of the route, opening of terraces, guided tours, special menus in restaurants, tap takeovers in bars, launch of several new products, we’re celebrating to this apple product which is still gaining recognition by multiplying the occasions for consumption.
