No less than 750 centimeters of snow have been received at the Massif du Sud this season — a record! — announced the ski center on the eve of the long Easter weekend, exceeding its annual average by almost 50 cm.
Spring skiing has not said its last word in Chaudière-Appalaches, while about fifteen centimeters are expected for the weekend, thanks to the “microclimate” attributable to the altitude and the geographical location of the mountain.
The Massif du Sud has seen a 13% increase in daily visitors this season.
