A 34-year-old is said to have shot a man out of a moving car in Berlin on Thursday. Now the suspect turned himself in to the Berlin police. According to initial findings, the act is actually a dispute in the clan milieu.
After shots were fired from a car, the alleged shooter turned himself in in Berlin. A 34-year-old man reported to the court on standby in Tempelhof in the presence of his lawyer, according to a joint statement from the police and the public prosecutor’s office on Saturday. A stand-in judge issued an arrest warrant against him for attempted murder. The homicide investigations continued.
In the incident on Thursday evening in the Gesundbrunnen district, two men were shot in an office out of the car. A 40-year-old had to be taken to a hospital with serious injuries, and the 49-year-old second victim was treated on an outpatient basis. The seriously injured is said to be a member of a clan. This is reported by the “Bild” newspaper. Another man was apparently injured in the attack in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen. According to initial findings, the reason for the attack was family disputes. The police union spoke of clashes in the clan milieu.
Arab extended families and their criminal empires

As the police announced on Friday, several shots were fired from the vehicle at offices on the ground floor of an apartment building in the Gesundbrunnen district on the previous evening. The shots hit a 40 and a 49-year-old man who were in the offices. At least four shots were fired during the attack, it said.
The 40-year-old was taken to the hospital with injuries to his back and arm and operated on there. According to the police, there was no danger to life. The 49-year-old received outpatient care on site. According to the information, the police initiated search measures for suspects and, among other things, searched two apartments with special forces – but without success. The further investigations continued and were conducted by a homicide unit of the State Criminal Police Office.
