FC Bayern has the next talent on the transfer list. The deal should be as good as fixed, but it still depends on a crucial point.
Top talent before Bayern change: The central midfielder Javier Fernández is said to be about to change from Atlético Madrid to FC Bayern Munich, as “Bild” reports. Accordingly, the Spanish junior international should come to the German record champions free of charge.

Deal not yet finally fixed: The transfer of Fernández is stuck so far. The youngster is just 15 years old and is therefore not yet allowed to change. After all, according to the licensing regulations, players are only allowed to change at the age of 16. In addition, Uefa must give its approval for underage players to move abroad.
