Moscow took the second place among the regions of Russia in the rating of the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial policy. It is compiled by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
This year, the rating was based on the assessment of the regions according to five criteria: economic development, cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Industrial Development Fund; support measures and development institutions; business activity; youth policy; industrial tourism and digitalization.
