A four-year-old from Glastonbury needed the bathroom while on a shopping trip with his parents. Instead of warning his parents, the boy immediately sat down on a displayed toilet and let things take their course.
A four-year-old from Glastonbury, Scotland, was at a hardware store with his parents and two sisters over the weekend, the Daily Record reports. The parents only wanted to buy a new clothesline there. A few minutes after the family entered the market, the boy realized that he urgently needed to go to the toilet.
Instead of warning his parents or going to one of the public restrooms, the child came up with a slightly different plan. While strolling through the sanitary area of the hardware store, he saw one of the show toilets on display and sat down on it to relieve himself.

When his mother saw him enthroned on the toilet bowl, it was already too late. The woman was informed by her son that he “just had to get ready quickly”. The only thing she could do at that moment was get the little one a roll of toilet paper. As the mother writes on Facebook, there was only one young employee nearby who, according to reports, “couldn’t stop laughing”, but otherwise largely ignored the situation.
The mother continues to write that she was initially ashamed of her son’s action, but afterwards recognized the funny side of it. Incidentally, the son later stated that his sister told him he could use the toilet on display. His other sister didn’t even notice the situation and played on another toilet in the meantime.
