The kidnapping drama about the two girls Clara and Lara from Essen and Munich has found a happy ending in Paraguay. A children’s and youth court in the capital Asunción found on Friday evening (local time) that Corona deniers Andreas and Anna E. had taken away their children.
The judge ordered the girls to leave the country – alongside their ex-spouses Anne R. and Filip B. Against their will, the other two parents had left for Paraguay with their daughters at the end of November 2021 because there was one in Germany at the time compulsory vaccination should be introduced. The court also ordered the public search for the E. couple to be discontinued.
This was explained by the Düsseldorf lawyer Ingo Bott, who represents the parents left behind, when asked by FOCUS Online. “Everyone involved is very cooperative and constructive,” said Bott. The E. couple apparently wants to return to Germany next week to face the Essen law enforcement authorities. The responsible public prosecutor’s office had already been informed about this step, it said.
The prosecution must now decide whether the child abduction proceedings should be continued or dropped. After the long negotiations, Attorney Bott was very satisfied with the result: “Everyone involved is very relieved.”
