A 22-year-old from Günzburg has been missing since visiting the “Rock im Park” festival. Most recently, the young man phoned his parents on Sunday, since then there has been no trace of him. He is said to have had an argument with another festival-goer. The police are asking for information.

22-year-old Matthias S. from the Günzburg district has been missing since Sunday morning (June 5th, 2022). The police are asking the public for help.

The 22-year-old traveled by train to Nuremberg on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 to attend the music festival “Rock im Park”. From there he last reported to his parents in the early hours of Sunday morning around 5:30 a.m. and announced that he would be going home again on Monday.

During the call, he is said to have been on the festival site in the Grosse Strasse area near a grocery store tent. He said that he had an argument with a previously unknown person who is said to have stolen his wallet.

So far, Matthias S. has not returned home and cannot be reached by phone. It cannot be ruled out that Matthias S. is in a helpless situation and may need medical help.
