Coach Julian Nagelsmann wants to win more than just a title with Bayern Munich next season. He has already worked out the strategy for this.
Nagelsmann’s thirst for success: FC Bayern Munich can call themselves German champions for the tenth time in a row, but there were no further titles in the past season. Coach Julian Nagelsmann wants to change that in the future and turns Bayern upside down, as “Bild” reports.
Short, compact, clear
New training: Nagelsmann is said to want to introduce a points system in training with immediate effect, which the coaching staff can use to evaluate the performance of the players. On the one hand, this should motivate the pros and, on the other hand, be used in line-up and change decisions. In the game itself, Nagelsmann no longer wants to switch between the game systems as often.
More cohesion: Nagelsmann also wants to strengthen the team spirit by having the team visit a restaurant in downtown Munich together after home games. However, everyone is free to decide whether to participate or not.
