People’s Artist of Russia Yevgeny Mironov received almost 1.4 million rubles for one performance in 2022, Channel Five reports, citing information from the Moscow Department of Culture on the incomes of heads of subordinate institutions.
How much did the Chelyabinsk State Philharmonic cost the actor’s participation in the production of “Shakespeare. Shostakovich. Hamlet”. In turn, theater director Konstantin Bogomolov earned 14.4 million rubles for the year, and director and head of the House of Music Vladimir Spivakov — 158 million rubles. Also among the most “profitable” managers were Igor Butman, Nadezhda Babkina, Zurab Tsereteli and Oleg Menshikov.
Earlier it was reported that Mironov visited Mariupol and met with the troupe of the Donetsk Academic Regional Drama Theater.
“I saw what a terrible state the theater building is in, but after talking with the artists, with the directors, I realized that they really want to work. Their eyes are burning. Since they are my colleagues, then, of course, I have to think about how to help them,” he said.
