After a report describing her management style as the cause of recent staff exodus, Astaffer has defended Kamala Harris .
“Hi. “Hi. I love my job as the Deputy Director of Operations for Vice President Harris.
“Just thought you might find it useful.”
Gins’ tweet comes at a time when many are leaving their jobs and after reports that Harris’ office was plagued with dysfunction and infighting over months.
Hi. Hi, my name is David Gins. As Deputy Director for Operations, I am Vice President Harris’s representative for the American people. I absolutely love my job.

Symone Sands is Harris’s chief spokesperson. Ashley Etienne, Communications director, and two other staff members who played roles in Harris’ public image shaping are also expected to leave.
The Washington Post Sanders said that she’s not leaving her job because she wasn’t happy, but because she wants a break after three long years.
“I am getting married in the next year. I would love to plan my wedding. I know that I am entitled to a break. She said that me leaving was not a sign of my unhappiness. “It is an honor to work with the vice president, who allowed me to be her spokesperson at all levels.
However, Gil Duran (a former Harris aide) told the Post that the vice-president was the “common factor” behind recent departures. Unnamed former staffer described the vice-president as a bully and stated that staff are constantly subject to “soul-destroying criticism.”
Recent Harris employees have been positive about their work in the office of the vice president.
“I feel truly blessed to have worked with such a caring, thoughtful, and dedicated group of people!” Juan Ortego tweeted, “Thank you to everyone who made yesterday special including our amazing @VP!” Juan Ortego responded to a tweet from another employee that showed Harris participating in Harris’ birthday celebration.
Last week, White House press secretary Jen Psaki also supported the departures of Harris’ office. She stated that it is not uncommon for staff to quit at the end of the year.
Psaki stated that “in my experience and if we look at the past precedent, it’s normal for staffers who have poured their heart and soul into an job to be ready for a new challenge after some years.” He spoke to reporters at a media briefing.
“And that applies to many of them. As it is at any White House, it’s also a chance to bring in new faces and voices, and new perspectives.
Gins and the office of the vice president were contacted to provide comment.
