In Russia, it is planned to simplify the hiring of teenagers to work in the digital and creative industries. This was stated by the Minister of Labor of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov at a meeting with Vladimir Putin with the government.
According to the minister, “the development of digital technologies and creative industries allows very young people to earn on their hobbies.”
Anton Kotyakov also noted that 10 Russian regions have not yet reached pre-pandemic employment indicators.
“In 10 subjects, the number of employed is still more than 2 percentage points behind the pre-pandemic indicators,” he said.
According to the Minister, in 51 regions the indicators have already reached the required values, and in 24 regions employment has reached a level of almost 100% to pandemic levels.
