Law enforcement officers detained 39-year-old Sergei Sveshnikov, who for ten days held and raped a 23-year-old resident of Nizhny Novgorod, Elizaveta Babikova, in the basement of the garage. This is reported by Telegram channel 112.
According to the girl, she was abducted and raped all this time in the basement by a 39-year-old businessman Sveshnikov.
“He raped me. Then he said that he liked me, and that I would stay one more night. I threw him a tantrum. I told him that he could not keep me here like an animal, to which he replied that not everything happens as I want. After that, he left, ” Babikova told the investigators.
A criminal case has been initiated under paragraphs “c,d” of part 2 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Abduction of a person committed with the threat of violence dangerous to life or health, with the use of objects used as weapons”). This is reported on the official website of the Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
