The capital’s Created in Moscow platform was visited by about three thousand people as part of the Russian Creative Week. This was told by Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow.
The Russian Creative Week is the largest event in the country for representatives of creative specialties. It was held from August 26 to 29 in Gorky Park. More than 300 events were held, more than 700 speakers participated in them. The program was dedicated to creative projects and innovative developments in various fields-from sound design to computer graphics.
About 40 special events were held at the capital’s venue, including public talks, film screenings, as well as master classes on branding and sound design, mobile cinema and animation. Among the topics of the business sessions are “Digital in the theater” and Urban+art. Experts discussed promising trends, issues of sustainable development, the introduction of digital technologies.
In addition, the Sustainable Creative Expo exhibition was held at the Moscow site, which told about the projects of creative entrepreneurs.
Promising directions for a startup: how to start a business with the support of the city
Moscow creates the necessary conditions for the development of creative business. For example, at the end of August, a service center for creative industries was opened at Vinzavod. There is also a creative technopark in the city. Its residents can receive subsidies in the amount of up to 10 million rubles a year for the purchase of equipment.
Several more creative spaces are considered as future creative technoparks.
