A new year-round fair has opened in the Maryina Roscha district. It is located at the address: Oktyabrskaya Street, possession 42 (at the intersection with Sushchevsky Val Street).
The pavilion is decorated in an ecological style, new for the capital’s fairs. The building is built in the shape of a wave, frozen near a rocky shore. The object symbolizes the raised layer of asphalt, concrete and metal of the capital’s development, which exposes the historical layer of Moscow with wooden houses and fair trade. The combination of wood, metal and stone also means efficient use of space and resources.
The fair occupies 462.3 square meters. There are 14 retail outlets for the sale of fruits, vegetables, dried fruits, meat and dairy products and semi-finished products, fish products, confectionery, groceries and honey.
Not only farmers sell their products here, but also representatives of large producers from Moscow, Moscow, Voronezh and Tambov regions, Chuvashia and Armenia.
The fair is open all year round from 10:00 to 20:00 six days a week. Monday is a sanitary day.
Since 2016, interregional year-round fairs have been successfully operating and developing in Moscow. They are equipped with ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems, which allows them to work all year round. They house refrigeration and commercial equipment, as well as areas for storing products. These structures are non-capital, if necessary, they can be quickly disassembled and free up the site for other urban projects.
