The leadership of the Baltic countries should be wary of the kick “in the teeth” if they are going to continue to “roll” on Belarus, said President Alexander Lukashenko. According to him, the extremely negative reaction may follow from the Baltic Nations, reports Reuters.
The day before, as reported by the Rambler, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia has banned entry to the territory of their States, Lukashenko and 29 officials from among the leadership of the country.
1 September at the meeting with journalists in Baranavichy Alexander Lukashenko said that the authorities of the Baltic countries should be more careful “knurl” on Belarus, because such behavior can be ambiguously interpreted their own population.
“Because get from their people in the teeth so that these teeth will not remain”, – noted the head of state.
He stressed that Lithuanians, Latvians and Estonians can ask their leaders why after the reforms the number of their population decreased by half in comparison with the Soviet times.
