President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed the defense Ministry, interior Ministry, KGB and the Prosecutor General’s office to prevent the creation of "the chain of concerned" from Vilnius to Kiev.
As reported by Telegram-Sputnik of Belarus, at a meeting in the heart of the strategic management in the defense Ministry, Lukashenko said that there is information about the desire of the States to the West of Belarus "build "Lantsov" from Vilnius to Kiev".

According to him, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, "was an attempt to create a Baltic-black sea region – sanitary zones: the three Baltic States, Belarus, Ukraine to separate Russia from the West".
