Botkin hospital informed the Moscow Presnensky court that Yefremov will not be able to participate in the court session for health reasons, reports TASS with reference to press Secretary of the court, the Lela Cocau.
She noted that she received a message from a medical facility. According to Kakai, the diagnosis of Ephraim is not said.
"the court received the response from the Botkin hospital, where it is said that Efremov could not participate in the hearing for health reasons. However, his diagnosis is not specified", – said the press Secretary of the court.
On August 11, was scheduled the next hearing in the case of a fatal accident with the participation of Mikhail Efremov. However, the actor became ill and was admitted to hospital from the courthouse.
Lawyer Ephraim Elman Pashayev said that the doctors diagnosed him with a stroke. His condition was assessed as moderate. August 13, Pashayev said that the condition of Ephraim has not changed, but it stabiliziruemost.
At the moment the court session on the case of Ephraim is scheduled for August 18. Thus, according to Pashayev, it can be moved if the actor’s health would not allow him to come to court.
