So, on 12 August, the Russian government approved the allocation of Adygea Republic 61,5 million rubles for additional financial support for medical organizations in emergency situations and (or) at occurrence of threat of the spread of diseases that pose a danger to others. The decision was adopted on the proposal of the Commission of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the redistribution of budget allocations with the support of the Deputy of the state Duma from Adygeya Vladislav Reznik.
As explained in the government meeting Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, the situation with coronavirus strains on the system of mandatory medical insurance. Increased costs of hospitals and clinics for treatment of new infections has reduced their income due to the suspension of the planned assistance. This was reflected in the salaries of staff not involved in the fight against coronavirus.
additional funds will go to the reimbursement of medical institutions for the cost of treatment of patients with coronavirus and testing of patients upon admission to the hospital. The funds will be allocated Adygea Republic in the form of interbudgetary transfers from the reserve Fund of the government of the Russian Federation. Then from the Republican budget, they will go to the budget of territorial Fund OMS. This will allow to ensure the stable operation of hospitals and clinics and the salaries of doctors and other medical professionals.
