In the Chukotka region of far Eastern program of preferential mortgage lending can be expanded to the secondary housing. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin promised to the Governor Roman Kopin to give a corresponding instruction: “In Chukotka, Russia, should the individual make the decision. You have a special situation.”
As explained by the head of the region, the city district, where about 60 percent of the population was effectively excluded from the conditions of obtaining a mortgage – it is available only to the primary housing, but not the secondary market resulting in a preferential mortgage taking unit.
Mishustin Also intends to hold a separate meeting to ensure Autonomous district communication. To this decision he came after the Governor recalled that Chukotka is still the only subject of the Russian Federation, which are not included in the channel fiber-optic connections.
