The European part of Russia expects the Arctic invasion, but the snowfall in Moscow will not. This was told by the leading specialist of the center weather Phobos Elena Volosyuk Wednesday, August 12.
According to him, mixed precipitation can be observed only on the coast of the Barents sea.
Earlier media reported that in Central Russia due to the cold it may snow.
— Indeed, significantly lowered temperature, the reduction will be felt in Moscow, the temperature will not exceed plus 16-18 degrees. But capital is by far the snow is not threatened — Volosyuk quoted by RIA Novosti.
She added that in Moscow the temperature will be below the norm by 3-5 degrees. Such indicators usually characteristic for the first decade of September, added the meteorologist.
