The lawyer of the Russian actor Mikhail Yefremov Elman Pashayev responded in interview to TV channel “360” first video from the fatal accident, which gave the artist.
On the question, whether this video is attached to the case, the lawyer Ephraim replied in the negative.
“No. This is nonsense. The rest of the court,” he said.
The video was presented by the lawyer of the victim Alexander Dobrovinsky. He noted that the footage “depicts the very moment when the witnesses of the tragedy to help the driver.” The footage shows that the driver was Efremov. No car came.
Earlier, one of the witnesses to the fatal accident said that after the collision with the car in which Sergey Zakharov, Efremov stood and then sat on the parapet. According to him, the actor I felt sorry for my car instead to help the injured man.
Mikhail Efremov staged a deadly car accident in Central Moscow on the evening of 8 June. The artist was in a state of alcoholic intoxication. The actor’s car flew into the oncoming lane and collided with a van whose driver, Sergey Zakharov, died in hospital. The artist himself was not injured, he was sent under house arrest until January 2021.
