The Ministry of construction of Russia proposed to establish the professional holiday-the Day of the prospector and to celebrate it the last Sunday of November. The relevant draft government resolution published on Friday on the portal of projects of normative legal acts.
"the Establishment of specified professional holiday not only unite the labour collectives, will create the motivation to work, strengthen traditions, raise a new level of guidance of the younger generation, but will also contribute to the preservation of historical and cultural heritage of the industry and the country", – stated in the explanatory Memorandum.
According to the Ministry of construction, the construction industry employs more than 2.7 million people – hundreds of thousands of businesses. Building educational institutions annually produce more than 35 thousand specialists.
As highlighted in the explanatory Memorandum, a document designed for the development of domestic traditions associated with the construction industry, enhance the prestige of the profession of prospector, and also in the recognition of specialists in improving the regulation of engineering in building.
The draft resolution submitted for consideration to the profile of the Association. It is developed on the eve of Builder’s Day celebrated in Russia on the second Sunday of August. In 2020, the holiday fell on August 9.
