Lawyer Elman Pashayev said that the actor Mikhail Yefremov recently badly sleeps. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
“He not sleep at night. Now went to bed. At least a little bit,” said the defender.
Pashayev also said that Efremov does not give estimates for the judicial process.
Housekeeper Ephraim told that the actor is “very concerned”, almost does not eat and does not drink alcohol.
As reported by “the Rambler”, Pashayev became a lawyer Ephraim after the accident that took place in Moscow on 8 June. Ephraim car crashed into a van whose driver Sergey Zakharov subsequently died.
It later emerged that at the time of the accident Efremov was in a condition of alcoholic and narcotic intoxication. The actor was sent under house arrest, he faces from five to 12 years in prison.
A few days after the accident on the YouTube channel GrazhdaninPoet has a circulation of Ephraim, in which he asked for forgiveness from the family Zakharov. He said that will help them “all funds” if they agree to accept his help. The actor called it “not an attempt to bribe, and attempt to redeem”.
Later, however, Pashayev said that Efremov declares his innocence in the accident. Then the actor himself confirmed this in court.
“How can I admit guilt when you don’t remember?” he said.
