In 2020 the export volume of ice cream capital increased by 35 per cent to $ 12,76 million dollars. This was stated by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov.
the Russian export of ice cream from Moscow made up 23.94 million dollars is 11% more compared to the same period of last year. Thus, the export volumes have increased to 11.18 million tons, which is more than in January — may last year (23.7 per cent).

“In the total Russian exports of ice cream in five months 2020 the share of Moscow amounted to 53.3%, an increase of 9.3 percent compared to the same period last year. Foreign consumers prefer products with a high percentage of fat — more than seven percent on these products in January — may 2020 accounted for more than 50 percent of total exports of ice cream in Moscow”, — said the head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow Alexander Prokhorov.

Earlier, the staff of the Moscow export centre found out which industries are most popular with applicants. Among them were electronics and electrical engineering (31 per cent), food industry (23 per cent), machinery and equipment (17 percent).
