In the case of the latter until September 15, is supposed to study public opinion about the improvement of Gagarin’s Park, form the terms of reference before October 1, to announce a competition for the implementation of the program. To them it is planned to attract specialists from all over Russia. Until December 10 it is necessary to determine the best concept, and then to conclude a contract for conducting design and survey work, to after June 1, 2021 to obtain a permit to perform construction work that is scheduled for completion in 2022.
the Administration of Simferopol instructed to check all parks of the Crimean capital and to consider the possibility of their improvement.
– Our goal for several years to bring parks of Simferopol in a full order, – said the head of the Republic.
