The survey company IDF Eurasia showed that 63% of Russians who work remotely, want to go back to the office.

63% of employees want or intend as soon as possible to begin to perform their duties in the office. A reduction in productivity by 35% (this was reported by representatives of personnel departments and managers), cited the data of the survey in TASS.

As reasons for the decline in health of the respondents noted: 33% — apathy and depression, 37% — lack of live communication, 30% — distractions such as close friends, TV, meals.

However, among IT professionals productivity has increased. When working from home increased by 17%.

This is because these positions require perseverance, and the intensity and frequency of interaction with colleagues is traditionally at a low level — brought a message to TASS.

According to the survey, to return productivity to previous levels, employers have introduced a system of incentives — 55%, 22% imposed penalties, a 10% additional training and fellowship in an informal setting, and 13% did not change anything.

According to their estimates, the duration of the working day increased by 48.5 minutes compared to office performance. The number of meetings increased by 13%.
