the State plans to create a special information system, which will allow you to track the history of the diamond necklace or gold chains. The relevant amendments are proposed to the law “On precious metals and precious stones”. The initiative was considered by the sub-Commission on the improvement of the Supervisory functions of the governmental Commission for administrative reform.
As explained by the Chairman of the Association of lawyers of Russia Vladimir Gruzdev, the bill creates a new regulatory environment in the sphere of turnover of precious metals and precious stones.
“the Initiative involves the creation of the state integrated information system that will provide the authentication and legality of origin of precious metals and precious stones and will allow you to track their turnover at all stages: from production to income to the consumer,” – said Vladimir Gruzdev.
Chairman of the Board of AYUR stressed that the implementation of this system will reduce the administrative burden on business. After it starts to lose relevance and will be abolished more than 30 mandatory requirements, involving, in particular, the representation of different forms of reporting.
