the President instructed the government to analyze together with the working group on preparation of proposals on introducing amendments to the Constitution submitted to the working group cases that were not taken into account in the preparation of amendments.
If necessary, the head of state pointed to submit proposals for amendments to the legislation. The deadline is December 15.

“Everything “pack” in the Constitution is virtually impossible, unrealistic, and, in fact, not necessary, it is not constitutional, said in early July at a meeting with the working group by the President. But suggestions from people who we cannot accommodate in the Constitution and which represent the absolute value to society… no doubt, must be implemented either in the laws or in the regulations”.
