The founder of the party Alexey Nechaev said that it should be “New people” will achieve this.
As you know, from July 1, residents of all regions of Russia received the opportunity to become self-employed. The Russian President signed a law allowing the subjects themselves from that day to introduce special regime “Tax on professional income” (NAPs), and put forward the initiative to reduce the age limit for registration of self-employed from 18 to 16 years.
last year the experiment with the introduction of the NAPs took place in four regions and showed that such a regime was demanded from the citizens. To date, they have used almost 900 thousand people.
Aleksei Nechayev, speaking at the roundtable, noted that last year was a good experience. According to him, such a regime has two advantages. First, the tax at 4% is very comfortable even technically. To pay it just not need an accountant. Second, as noted by the founder of the party, it gives people a feeling of tranquility once paying tax they will no longer have to worry about claims from the state.
