In the Khabarovsk region Alexander Nikitin was appointed first Deputy Prime Minister – chief of staff to the Governor and the government.
His candidacy, according to regulations, submitted to the Legislative Duma acting Governor Mikhail Degtyarev. The deputies unanimously supported the proposal.

Alexander Nikitin was born in 1987. Graduated from Moscow state University. M. V. Lomonosova in the direction of international relations and RPA Russian Ministry of justice. In 2012, he became assistant Deputy of the state Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Worked in the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation senior inspector and assistant head of GSU SK of the Russian Federation in Moscow. 2016 directed the office of Committee of the state Duma of the seventh convocation on physical culture, sport, tourism and youth Affairs.
