According to the defender, the investigator has resigned. This was preceded by a conflict of the Prosecutor General of Russia and the TFR. Ruslan Miniahmetov was detained by the staff of the “M” of FSB of Russia. He is charged with two episodes of receiving a bribe. A convicted citizen in respect of whom Miniahmetov led the investigation, testified about the presence of corruption. According to the lawyer, the amount of which was discussed, was officially seized during the investigation and are aimed at reparation for the corresponding sentence.
Miniahmetov investigated criminal case concerning the former head Guebipk Denis Sugrobov and the former head of GSU SKR Dmitry Dovgy, in addition, he investigated the case of “Kirovles” the defendant was the opposition leader Alexei Navalny.
