Late summer and autumn in the Central part of Russia will warm, and precipitation will be much less. This was told by a leading researcher of the center “Phobos” Eugene Tiscover.
According to the meteorologist, the first half of the summer was quite hot – the average temperature was 1-1. 5 degrees above normal. In this case, precipitation was significantly more than usual. In the rest of the summer the picture will change.
“the Second half of the summer will be more even and in respect of heat, and for precipitation,” said Tiscover in an interview with “Izvestia”.
the temperature will stay within the normal parameters, that is, 20-25 degrees, maybe sometimes a little higher. But the rains will be dramatically less, forecasters expect even a 20% shortfall. Overall, August will be “a more prosperous month.”
“Weather in General will be more stable and sustainable”, – said the meteorologist.
Comfortable weather is expected to settle in late summer, should be preserved and autumn. According to him, “Phobos”, this fall will notice an increase in abnormal heat: in September – one degree above normal in October – two degrees, and in November – just five. It is possible that December will turn abnormally warm, added Tiscover, but in General, winter is real cold.
“And the upcoming winter will delight us more than the last” – he concluded.
