Parshina said that the weather prevented to improve the cyclones. She stressed that there was a powerful anticyclone, which could get rid of these.

Meteorologists said that the first half of the summer in Moscow became the most rainy since 1894. For 1.5 months the capital have already completed (103%) of the seasonal norm of precipitation. Their capital is already totally fell 252,7 mm.
