Members of the Federation Council will take part in monitoring the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus, told RIA Novosti Senator Alexey Kondratyev.
According to the parliamentarian, he and the first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Vladimir Jabbarov 8-9 will travel to Belarus “as observers at the inter-parliamentary cooperation.”
