Threat to the Ukrainian state, Mikhail Saakashvili, considered the actions of the local authorities.

The head of the Committee said that of these forces is without a doubt preparing for a “breakaway from Ukraine”, and others will seek “revenge in Kiev.” Saakashvili stressed that the preservation of the country as it is now, requires drastic action.
