The coronavirus vaccine can be developed in Russia earlier than in other countries. This was stated by General Director of the Russian direct investment Fund (RDIF) Kirill Dmitriev.
“We are the first thanks to our scientists and the research that we have conducted to the present time”, — Dmitriev cites TASS. According to him, Russia has all the prerequisites for vaccine development.
Previously CEO of RDIF, said that after six months, Britain, Russia, China and the USA would prepare a vaccine against the coronavirus, and other countries will decide whom to trust. He also commented on accusations from Britain to Russia in attempt to steal data on the development of the drug. According to him, the Anglo-Swedish biopharmaceutical company, and so gave Russia all the “secrets” and “know-how”, so stealing them makes no sense, says “Constantinople”. Dmitriev called the allegations an attempt to smear the Russian vaccine.
