The decision on appointment of the temporarily acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Krai can be made in the near future, reports RIA “Novosti”.
According to Deputy Prime Minister, Plenipotentiary representative of the RF President in the far Eastern Federal district Yuri Trutnev, the question of the appointment of the acting head of the region will be solved by the President, based on the position of the investigation.
The Governor of Khabarovsk territory Sergey Furgala was detained by the staff of the Investigative Committee and the FSB on suspicion of murder of businessmen in the 2000-ies. On 16 July the Moscow city court found legitimate the arrest Furgala.
