Thus, a significant decrease in the incidence is observed in Moscow, Kursk, Penza, Bryansk, Belgorod, Tver, Magadan, Voronezh regions, as well as in Dagestan, Chechnya, Adygeya, Tuva, Transbaikalia, Karachay-Cherkessia, Primorski Krai and Kalmykia Republic.
A slow decline in the incidence of COVID-19 exists in Nizhny Novgorod, Tambov, Lipetsk, Yaroslavl, Ryazan, Novgorod, Tula, Saratov, Vladimir, Volgograd, Leningrad, Rostov, Ivanovo, Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk, Kaluga and Ulyanovsk regions, as well as in Moscow, the Stavropol region, Karelia, Mari El, Tatarstan, Mordovia, North Ossetia, in the Chukotka region, Kabardino-Balkaria, Kamchatka, Ingushetia, the Altai Republic, Yakutia, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and Krasnoyarsk Krai.
