Google explained the absence of Palestine on their maps the quest objective display of controversial areas, using a dotted gray border.
Earlier Thursday it was reported that on Google maps not displayed Palestine.
"Our approach to the image areas on the maps have not changed. Google uses the information on the number of mapping organizations and sources when making decisions about how to represent disputed borders. We maintain neutrality with regard to geopolitical disputes and work hard for the objective of displaying the disputed areas on our maps using a dotted gray border line", – told RIA Novosti in the press service of Google.
