The Committee for architecture and urban planning of Moscow has approved the project of multifunctional residential complex on the former territory of badayevsky Zavod. It will be built on a plot area of 6 hectares. The concept was designed by Swiss architectural office Herzog & de Meuron.The project involves the creation of social infrastructure and urban open spaces. The cultural heritage objects that are in the area, promised to restore. One of the buildings will be restored at the initiative of the investor — developer Capital Group. “The project was done very professionally, suggests the emergence of a new iconic building in the city, the development of coastal areas and the creation of public spaces — a Park of 4 hectares and is comfortable promenade”— leads the Committee to the chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov (quoted by “RIA Novosti”). In 2018 Capital Group announced the plans for the building on the territory of the Tenants complained that they prematurely terminated the contracts and was evicted.
