He stressed that Kiev signed the European Charter on regional languages and languages of national minorities, after which there appears a law that is contrary to this document.
"With our declared commitment to Europe we are absolutely violating all democratic norms and values of Europe itself. And the Crimea and the Donbass will endeavour to Ukraine with this law? That is, whether it promotes the reintegration of the territories? Whether it promotes the return of people’s desire to return to a Ukraine, which built the last six years? The answer, I think, is obvious. This clearly prevents it, than so worn our esteemed (or not respecting) "patriots". Well, it’s obvious is another nail in the return of these territories," said Moore.
