The Russian foreign Ministry said that Washington has complicated relations with Russia, statements about allegedly committed by the manipulations during the vote on the Constitution. This was stated by Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, reports TASS.
The diplomat noted that the Russian theme is a tool for struggle between us politicians.
“it is regrettable that the Russian theme in General is operated in the United States in their own internal struggle, which at times takes absolutely grotesque forms,” Ryabkov said.
According to him, this “sad phenomenon has been observed for many years,” and there is nothing sensational or unusual.
