The fifth President of Ukraine and leader of the “European solidarity” Petro Poroshenko refused to go on interrogation to the State Bureau of investigation on Tuesday, June 30. This was reported by his lawyer Igor Golovan on his page in Facebook.
According to counsel, the reason is the lack Poroshenko received a call on interrogation in the manner prescribed by law.
“"Vidosic" ads on sites and fences, we do not perceive and will not accept. Therefore, 30 Jun interrogation will not. The questioning will take place on 1 July 2020 “, — said the lawyer.
Poroshenko should have been interrogated as a suspect in the case of illegal appointment of Deputy head of the foreign intelligence Service Sergei Semochko. Earlier, the Prosecutor changed the petition for the measure Poroshenko — instead of detention, she demanded a personal obligation. The meeting to elect the enforcement measures will take place on 1 July.
