“Until the end of 2020 to apply for crisis assistance, another 10 thousand individual entrepreneurs and organizations are leased from the city land and premises. A valid business may make a four-month rent-free period by 4.63 billion rubles, and developers — three-month delay of payments in the amount of 560 million rubles,” — said Minister of Moscow Government, head of city property Department, Maxim Gaman.
