The US President Donald trump has given the task to find a new insulting nickname for his rival in the presidential election of 2020 Joe Biden. It is reported by Axios.
It is noted that the trump team came to the conclusion that the long-standing nickname of “sleepy Joe” does not work on the anti-Biden, as it was with “dishonest Hillary [Clinton’s opponent in the last election]”. The new strategy of the President to fix in the minds of Americans the image of Biden as a man supposedly suffering from insanity (to highlight the deteriorating mental faculties). It is known that trump had refused in his Twitter from the epithet “sleepy” in favor of “corrupt” that can also help in the demonization of Biden.
Concern about the mental health of Biden was a subject of much discussion since, as he announced his entry into the presidential race. Over the past few months, Biden has made a number of mistakes in the course of television interviews and campaign speeches. Trump has repeatedly insulted Biden because of his hesitation and inappropriate statements, insisting that the former Vice President of the United States is not mentally capable to hold the office.
