The President of Russia Vladimir Putin with the big share of probability can apply to the citizens of the Russian Federation on the 1st of July, when the scheduled vote on amendments to the Constitution, said press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov. He recalled that the national leader always delivers a message to the Russians on the eve of important events, reports RIA Novosti.
Putin urged not to allow the "compulsion"to vote
Reporters asked the press Secretary whether on the eve of July 1, applied mode of the “day of silence”, as, for example, before the parliamentary elections. Peskov said that in this case, the “day of silence” will not be announced, because “vote – non-competitive” and have a completely different characteristics.
