According to him, the approach of a cold front will be felt in the second half of day on Sunday, the same day will be cloudy. Since Monday the temperatures will be below normal by 2-4 degrees almost throughout the European part of the country. The exception will be the southern and North Caucasus Federal district, where the temperature will be around and slightly above the norm, writes TASS.
